Medway

Medway, at the heart of the Thames Gateway, consists of Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham, Rochester and Strood. It is the largest urban area in the South East of England outside London with an economy worth around £2.8 billion per year and is home to than 13,000 businesses, making it an ideal location for financial, data processing and back office organisations.

MedwayMedway, a key location within the Thames Gateway Regeneration Programme, is the largest development project in Europe.  Its economy has a target growth rate of twice the national average and will create 40,000 jobs by 2026 and new opportunities for business expansion and inward investment.  Several international financial organisations have already made Medway their home, including Lloyds and the Royal Bank of Scotland and Vanquis Bank.

In addition, Medway is conveniently located and benefits from comprehensive transport links with Europe and the UK through having access to the M2, M20 and M25, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link domestic services and a trans-global seaport.
