Kent Thameside

The Nucleus and Bridge Business Park
Located in The Bridge Business Park, next to the QE2 Bridge in Dartford, Nucleus provides 30,000 sq.ft. of instant, virtual and flexible office/laboratory solutions, right at the entrance to the Thames Gateway.
Nucleus’ fully furnished, air-conditioned offices, studios and laboratories are available from 75 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.fit, with instance access to state-of-the-art internet and telecom services and also benefit from excellent national and international communications.
As part of the Nucleus’ offer, the Government-funded I-Labs, provides a creative space that takes users out of their everyday working environment.
