Ebbsfleet
Ebbsfleet International train station is located on the high speed passenger rail line between UK, France and Belgium. Ebbsfleet is in the Gravesham borough of Kent, at the centre of the Thames Gateway as is located just east of the M25.
Ebbsfleet International Train Station
Centrally located within the Thames Gateway, modern and accessible, Ebbsfleet Station is an international transport point connecting London to Thameside Kent and on to mainland Europe. A journey to London St Panacras will take just 17 minutes, while Ebbsfleet to Europe will take only an hour and 15 minutes.
Along with the new Ebbsfleet International, Gravesham Borough has five main rail routes into Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria, with frequent services to and from London, taking around 45 minutes. Gravesend station in the town and Ebbsfleet just 15 minutes away.
Ebbsfleet Valley
The vision for Ebbsfleet Valley is a thriving development designed for businesses and the people who work for them. The Ebbsfleet Valley commercial district will be home to 5.5. million square feet of commercial space, where businesses have the unique opportunity for bespoke accommodation.
Adjacent to the Bluewater retail and leisure complex, Ebbsfleet Valley has the potential to become a new business centre for the Thames Gateway with the capacity for 20,000 office-related jobs.
With a focus on sustainability, Ebbsfleet Valley is being developed to provide residents with a sense of community. From parks to schools, to restaurants and shops, quality of life is at the heart of the development.
Kent Thameside Regeneration Partnership
Kent Thameside encompasses the thriving town centres of Dartford and Gravesend, plus Bluewater, Ebbsfleet International and Ebbsfleet Valley – identified as one of four ‘transformational’ projects in the Thames Gateway.
