Greenwich
Greenwich Peninsula is going to be busy - with residents, people working here, visitors to The O2 and passengers using the transport interchange. It all adds up to a huge retail opportunity.
Retail in the Greenwich Peninsula is supported by a 120 hectare site, comprising several major development sites including the construction of the award-winning Greenwich Millennium Village. Around 700 homes are being built, with 2,950 planned by 2016. In addition, the new Peninsula Central development will, by 2010, hold a further 16 stores ranging in size from 500 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft.
