Big things are happening at Ebbsfleet Valley.

In 2001, Land Securities acquired Ebbsfleet Valley and announced one of the most exciting opportunities for urban regeneration that the United Kingdom had seen in decades. 1,035 acres of land. 10,000 homes. 9,000,000 square feet of office and commercial space. 20,000 jobs. Back then it was just an idea. Now it’s really happening. A lake has been created. Vast amounts of earth have been shifted. Platforms are in place for building to begin. Access roads have been laid. Rail links are up and running. Utility installation has begun. Planning permissions have been granted. A new community is developing on one part of the site.
